  I would like to say that we used Premier Wood Floors in the past & they did such a nice job, we called them back after we had the unfortunate washing machine overflow. The wood on our entire 1st floor had to be either pulled up & replaced or sanded & redone. Now our floors are a sticky mess that scratch very easily. I think they were waxed & not polyurethaned. Also, our surround sound speakers were stolen. They certainly need to address the fact that they have a thief among their employees. I called them many times & was told that I ruined my floors, not them. I use the very same product on my floors as I have been using since they were new 5 years ago & what was recommended by my builder & I never had a problem until now. I got tired of calling & having to fight this so I gave up & in so doing, let them off the hook. I would love for my floors to be like they were before this incident, but clearly, Premier Wood Floors have no intentions toward decent customer service, or in keeping a good customer going forward. I have never ever sent a bad review to anyone anywhere before this. I just think this needed to be said.
