  My husband and I were there for lumber, and we brought our puppy to work on training with distractions. The employees loved seeing a dog and were very understanding when he got chatty. One even gave him a treat after he sat down! Very thankful to have a store that allows well behaved, leashed pets.

  There cashier sent me back to the hardware section to find another associate because the cashier had near-zero knowledge of the products that Lowe's sells. The hardware section also was void of any associate offering help. I had to track down the product numbers myself in order to buy a couple of bolts - and the visit took longer than it should have as a result. On the plus side, they did have the hardware I needed.
